Choosing the right fragrance accessory

Ask us about lamp clearance, warmer configurations, vessel capacity, incense compatibility, or the contents of a candle care set. We can help clarify the listed specifications before you order.

Candles, fragrance liquid, reeds, wax melts, and incense are included only when the individual product listing expressly says so.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address or cancel. We will try to help before fulfillment starts, but cannot promise a change after preparation begins. A cancellation completed before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee; the payment is refunded to its original method within 5–10 business days.
