Only the items named in the product’s package contents are included. Do not assume a styled candle, fragrance liquid, reeds, incense, or wax melts are supplied. Check the selected set option before purchasing.

Read the product’s listed voltage, frequency, power, plug type, heat source, and supported candle or melt size. A candle warmer lamp and a wax warmer are different designs. Only use the product as instructed; do not light a candle while it is being heated under a warmer lamp.

Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch, unless another destination-specific estimate is shown before purchase. The two periods are separate, and business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

The available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for your destination. Review them before paying. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately where applicable.

After dispatch, available tracking details are sent to your checkout email. Check your spam folder if needed. If tracking is missing, inactive, or beyond the estimated delivery range, contact us with your order number.

Request a change as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate it before fulfillment begins. Successful cancellations before fulfillment have no cancellation fee and are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After shipment, any return request is reviewed under the stated return conditions.

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused and in its original condition with its packaging, parts, and accessories. You pay return shipping, and original shipping is normally not refunded for this reason. No restocking fee applies.

Tell us what happened and provide your order number, with relevant photos where possible. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods qualify for an appropriate remedy at no added cost, including necessary return shipping.

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. A refund approved without a return is issued within 5–10 business days of approval. Your provider may need additional posting time.

Use the payment methods offered for your order in Shopify checkout. Availability can depend on destination and currency. We do not require an off-site payment to complete a normal website order.
