Purchases and the seller

Submitting and checking an order

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and review the selected product, quantity, options, and final total before submitting an order. An automated confirmation acknowledges the order’s receipt.

Stock availability, payment checks, delivery restrictions, or an obvious listing error may require us to contact you. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we explain the issue and refund payments collected for the unfulfilled goods. We will not replace your item with a materially different product without agreement.

Product information and appropriate use

The selected listing describes the material features, dimensions, finish, electrical specifications where relevant, options, and package contents. Screen settings can affect perceived color, but the goods must match their material description.

Use fragrance accessories according to their supplied instructions. Do not light a candle while heating it under a warmer lamp. Match the listed incense, wax, candle, or refill format to the product. Styling props are supplied only if expressly included.

Prices and payment

The displayed checkout currency and final total identify the product price, applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout. Future price changes do not retrospectively change a completed purchase.

If an obvious price or description error affects your submitted order, we contact you about a resolution or cancellation with an appropriate refund. Your payment provider may apply separate charges under its own terms.

Processing and delivery

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery period is 7–12 business days after dispatch unless a different destination-specific estimate was disclosed before purchase. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping charges appear before payment.

Tell us about a delayed, missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete delivery. We investigate and provide an appropriate remedy; responsibility does not automatically end when a parcel is handed to a carrier or scanned as delivered.

Changes and cancellations

Request an address change or cancellation promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee a change after preparation starts. A cancellation completed before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. Its refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once dispatched, return conditions apply.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. A preference-based return must be unused and in its original condition with packaging, parts, and accessories; you pay return postage, and original shipping is ordinarily not refunded for that reason. No restocking fee applies.

Problems with damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy at no extra cost. Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Refunds requiring no return are issued within that period after approval. Bank posting time may be additional.

Disputes and mandatory rights

Contact customer care if an order or decision needs review. Provide the order number and relevant facts. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy, liability, or protection that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of an approved refund.

Changes to these terms apply to future transactions. The terms and disclosed purchase information applicable when you ordered remain relevant to that order.
